Frtichley Village Hall

Built in 1841  in the heart of the local community, the hall regularly holds community events (organised by Fritchley Community Association) such as musical evenings,  race nights, sales and meetings. It is available to hire, and morris dancing, crafting sessions, and exercise classes are regularly held. The attached congregational church is also available for weddings and christenings, and holds a monthly service.

Denby Bowls Kurling Club

We play New Age Kurling at Crich Glebe Community Centre on Mondays from October to the end of March.

We use plastic stones fitted with ball bearings, and you can use pushers if you are unable to bend sufficiently. We currently charge £4 a session, but unless we can recruit more participants this may have to increase to pay the room hire costs.

We have a good laugh and would welcome new members.
