Welcome to the definitive website for the news and goings on of the Crich Area which includes the villages of Crich, Fritchley, Whatstandwell and the hamlets of Crich Carr, Plaistow Green and Wheatcroft.

Every quarter, Crich Standard is published as a magazine and distributed free of charge to all households in Crich Parish. It is written, produced and distributed by volunteers and is supported by advertising from local businesses.

The Mercian Regiment’s Crich Pilgrimage 2020 is cancelled. It had been due to take place on 5th July. It’s very sad for the Regiment as the event means a lot to them.
